I remember when I first learned about this project to SA, read a brief summary of what we would be doing, receiving an acceptance email...this all seems so long ago. Now, we are just five days away from the departure date. Reality is sinking in - I am going on the other side of the world for almost three months! Excitement and nervousness are my great companions at this time. However, I am far more excited than nervous. I eagerly await to see that beautiful country, to meet my teammates, to travel the land, and to see those precious children and play the craziest games with them. With this being my first time to fly and go over seas, my heart and soul is clinging to J3sus; He is my hope and comfort, my strength and protector. Thank you all for your pr@y3rs, we appreciate them greatly!
